Standard clean

The clean that keeps up with your week

For homes that stay lived in. Pick weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks or just once, and change it by text.

Your team follows one checklist every visit, so the third clean matches the first. Leave notes in your confirmation text and they are on the checklist next time.

Every visit

  • Kitchen counters, sink and the outside of appliances

  • Bathrooms scrubbed, top to bottom

  • Reachable surfaces dusted

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Trash emptied

A visit

How a standard visit goes

  1. 01

Step 1: A text when your team is 30 minutes away

You get the team's first names again and the time they will knock.

  2. 02

Step 2: A read of your notes

They go over the checklist and any rooms you asked them to skip.

  3. 03

Step 3: Top to bottom, floors last

Dusting and wiping first, then bathrooms and kitchen, then the floors on the way out.

  4. 04

Step 4: A checklist text and a locked door

You get what was done and what was skipped. The door is locked the way you told us.

Price

How the price works for a standard clean

  • What moves it

Your home size sets the starting price. The number of bathrooms, pets and how long it has been since the last clean can add to it.

  • What it includes

Your team's time, supplies and equipment, and the checklist above.

  • When you get the number

In a text, before you confirm. It stays the same unless you add rooms or add-ons.

Questions

Standard clean questions

How often should I book?

Most homes pick every two weeks. Weekly suits a house with kids or pets, and every four weeks works for a home that is already in good shape.

Can I skip or move a visit?

Yes, by text up to 24 hours before your arrival window. Later changes can carry a late fee, which we state in your confirmation text.

Will it be the same team each time?

We try. A recurring clean is booked with a home team, and we tell you by text if someone changes.
