Questions people ask before booking

Your home size sets a starting price. Pets, the number of bathrooms, how long since the last clean and add-ons can move it. We text the exact price before you confirm.

Your team reads your notes, cleans to the checklist for your type of clean and sends you a list afterward. A standard clean of a mid-sized home runs a few hours; a deep clean runs longer.

You don't. Tell us how to get in when you book. Codes go only to the team on your visit, and if an alarm goes off we call you first.

A team of two or three from the crews in your metro, trained on the checklist. We text you their first names the evening before.

We carry general liability insurance, and we send a certificate to a landlord, HOA or building manager on request. Write "certificate" in your message.

Tell us within 24 hours for a missed area and within 48 hours for something broken or missing. The terms are in our policies.

We bring our supplies and equipment. Ask for fragrance-free products and we'll use them. Tell us about any surface that needs a gentler cleaner.

Tell us about them when you book. We don't crate or move pets, so please put them in a room or tell us they're friendly. If a pet is stressed, we may rebook.

Text us up to 24 hours before your arrival window and pay nothing. Later than that, or a lockout, can carry a late fee that is stated before you confirm.

Most requests book a day or more ahead. If you need it sooner, text us, and we say yes only when a team is free. We serve Charlotte and Raleigh–Durham and the towns around them.
