What moves it
Home size sets the starting price. A home that is still furnished, or heavy soil, can add to it.

Can you clean the day before my closing?
Often, yes, if the home is empty by then. Send the date as soon as you have it; dates near the end of a month fill first.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most move cleans run on a lockbox, an agent's key or a code. We confirm the plan by text and return the key the way you tell us.
Will this get my deposit back?
A clean follows the checklist, but a landlord decides about a deposit. If your lease has its own list, send it and we match the checklist to it.
