March to May
Pine pollen settles on sills, porches and window tracks, and spring deep cleans fill up. Book yours by early April for the week you want.
June to August
Leases end and closings cluster. Book a move-out clean as soon as you have the date; Saturdays go first.
September to October
Windows, baseboards and the guest room, before the holidays.
November to December
Holiday deep cleans are the busiest weeks of our year. Book by mid-November for the week you want.
