This explains what Doorbell Cleaning collects when you use this site, request a clean or send us a message, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email and the address of the home to be cleaned.
• Your home size, ZIP code, preferred days and the notes you write.
• How we get in: whether you'll be home, and any lockbox or door code you give us.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To send you a price and an arrival window, and to schedule and clean your home.
• To text you your team's first names and a checklist after each visit.
• To answer questions, handle a missed-area or breakage report, and keep our records.

Text messages

When you check the box on a form, you agree to receive texts about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a message to stop texts about marketing; we still send texts about a visit you have booked.

Who sees it

Your team sees your name, address, access notes and checklist. We use service providers for scheduling, texting and payment, and they handle your data only for us. We don't sell your personal information. We share it if the law requires or to deal with an insurance claim.

Door codes and keys

Codes and key locations are shared only with the team on your visit and are removed from the schedule after the visit.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, unless we need it for a record the law requires. Write to hello@doorbellcleaning.com or call (704) 555-0100.
