Deep clean

A reset for the places a standard clean skips

For a first clean, the start of spring, or the week before guests arrive.

A deep clean takes a bigger team or a longer day. We go over the checklist with you by text first, so nothing is a surprise when the door opens.

On top of a standard clean

  • Baseboards and door frames wiped

  • Window sills and tracks cleaned

  • Tile and grout scrubbed

  • Cabinet fronts and handles wiped

  • Vents and switch plates wiped

A visit

How a deep clean goes

  1. 01

    Step 1: A text walk-through first

You tell us what bothers you most, and we send a checklist for your home before the day.

  2. 02

Step 2: A team sized to your home

Larger homes get a larger team so the clean finishes in one visit. We say how many are coming.

  3. 03

Step 3: Details first, floors last

Baseboards, tracks and fronts first, then bathrooms and kitchen, then every floor.

  4. 04

Step 4: A checklist and a short note

What was done, what needs a second visit, and anything we left alone on purpose.

Price

How the price works for a deep clean

  • What moves it

Home size sets the starting price. Time since the last clean, the number of bathrooms and heavy soil in the kitchen can add to it.

  • What it includes

The deep clean checklist, supplies and equipment, and a team sized to your home.

  • When you get the number

After you text us two or three photos of the kitchen and a bathroom, if it has been a while. Then we send the price, before you confirm.

Questions

Deep clean questions

How long does a deep clean take?

Plan on half a day or more for most homes. We tell you the team size and the window when we send your price.

Should I book a deep clean or a standard one?

If nobody has cleaned in a while, or you're hosting, start with a deep clean. Then move to a standard schedule.

Can I add the oven and fridge?

Yes. Both are add-ons with starting prices, and we quote them with your price.
